The HHP Board of Directors meets regularly to review progress, coordinate trips to Haiti, direct fundraising activities, and reach investment decisions.
Critical to the operation of Haiti Healthcare Partners is close cooperation with the Haitian OCDES Board. This board, which oversees Christian economic and social development across Grande Colline, manages the clinic’s medical staff and all other aspects of Haiti Healthcare Partners’ work in Haiti. Through regular email and telephone contact, the OCDES and HHP Boards ensure ongoing alignment and monitoring.
Haiti Healthcare Partners operates on a fiscal year from July 1 through June 30.
